Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of PromptMotion and all services provided through it. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. This policy exists to keep the platform safe, legal, and functional for all users. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Age Requirements

  • 13 years and older: Required to create an account and use the Service in any capacity.
  • 18 years and older: Required to make any purchase (credit packs or subscriptions).

By using the Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

Prohibited Content

You must not use PromptMotion to generate, request, distribute, or facilitate any of the following:

Sexual & Adult Content

  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content of any kind
  • Nudity intended to be sexual or provocative
  • Content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any way
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or simulated equivalents
  • Deepfakes or synthetic media depicting real individuals in sexual scenarios without verified consent

Violence & Harm

  • Graphic violence, gore, or content glorifying harm to people or animals
  • Content promoting, inciting, or facilitating self-harm or suicide
  • Content promoting terrorism, extremism, or mass violence
  • Threats or targeted harassment of specific individuals or groups

Hate Speech & Discrimination

  • Content that dehumanizes individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics
  • Slurs, stereotypes, or content designed to demean or marginalize groups

Illegal & Harmful Activities

  • Content that facilitates or promotes illegal activities
  • Defamation, libel, or false statements of fact about real people
  • Content that infringes third-party intellectual property, copyrights, or trademarks
  • Phishing, fraud, impersonation, or social engineering content
  • Misinformation or disinformation designed to deceive

Prohibited Activities

In addition to prohibited content, the following activities are not permitted:

  • Bypassing safety measures: Attempting to circumvent, disable, or exploit any content filter, rate limit, safety guard, or access control in the Service.
  • Reverse engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive source code or underlying AI models from the Service.
  • Automated bulk access: Scraping, crawling, or sending automated requests to the Service at a rate that degrades performance for other users, without our prior written approval.
  • Credential sharing: Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or access to any third party.
  • Model training: Using outputs generated by the Service to train, fine-tune, or develop competing AI models without our explicit written permission.
  • Misrepresentation: ImpersonatingPromptMotion, its employees, or any other person or entity.

Content Safety

PromptMotion is a professional tool for video prompt generation. We do not support and will not facilitate the creation of any content that bypasses AI safety guidelines or is designed to generate harmful, inappropriate, or illegal outputs in downstream AI models.

Prompts generated through PromptMotion are intended solely for use in generating video content through legitimate AI video platforms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated prompts complies with the terms of service of those platforms and with applicable law.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any use of the Service that violates this AUP, please report it to us at support@seedancetool.com. Include as much detail as possible. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to take any of the following actions in response to AUP violations, at our sole discretion:

Warning

Formal notice of the violation with a request to cease the activity.

Temporary Suspension

Account access suspended for a defined period while the violation is investigated.

Permanent Termination

Account permanently terminated. Unused credits are forfeited and are not eligible for a refund in cases of AUP violation.

For severe violations (e.g., content involving minors, illegal activity), we will report to relevant authorities without prior notice.
